Lightsense Technology Discusses New DrugDetect-F1 Handheld Device At 2022 IACP With First Responder TV

Over the last few years, Lightsense Technology has been developing a revolutionary Fentanyl and Meth detection device to help improve safety and efficiency for Law Enforcement Officers in the field.

In October of this year, Lightsense officially announced the release of the DrugDetect – F1 Platform at the 2022 IACP. Police Chief Magazine declares that “The International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Annual Conference and Exposition is the largest and most important law enforcement event of the year—more than 16,000 public safety professionals come to learn new techniques, advance their knowledge and careers, and equip their departments for ongoing success.”

As an exhibitor at IACP, Lightsense had its newly released DrugDetect device on display and ready to demo. They even had the opportunity to answer a few questions in an interview with First Responder TV. Watch below as Lightsense’s CTO, Wade Poteet, and CMO, Bruce Berkoff, answer questions and demonstrate the ease, simplicity, and safety features of the new DrugDetect – F1.
